your wedding and function

All Wedding couples will receive the following services
when you have placed a deposit and set a date for your
wedding:

Room Hire

For the larger weddings, you are required to hire both
the Pavilion and The Orchid Restaurant for your wedding
day for the fee of £2,000. The restaurant and Pavilion
will be available to you from15.00hrs on the day. You
are also required to hire all nine individually designed
bedrooms on the evening of your wedding. Please enquire
about applicable charges for small weddings.
 
Civil Weddings or Civil Partnerships

We have two rooms that are licensed to hold a Civil Wedding
or Civil Partnership ceremony; the Banqueting Room seats
up to 34 guests and will cost £250.00 for the civil
Ceremony, The Orchid Restaurant can seat up to 70 guests
ad is charged at £500.00 for the Civil Ceremony.

The Banqueting Room

The Banqueting room is available for smaller more intimate
days; the room can seat up to 34 guests for a civil ceremony,
and up to 16 guests for a sit down meal.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion seats up to 70 guests for a wedding breakfast
and a buffet for unlimited amount of guests*

Evening Entertainment

The Orchid Restaurant

We can arrange a variety of entertainment for your evening,
including a disco, a live music band* or a singer all
will be priced on an individual basis (If you wish to
have entertainment, you will be required do so in The
Orchid Restaurant). We can supply our resident DJ and
disco, so please enquire about the relevant costs. However,
if you wish to provide your own entertainment in the form
of disco or band there will be a nominal service charge
of £50.00.

Day Spa Guests

Day spa guests will have access to all areas of
le spa until they depart at 4pm. As from 4pm onwards,
you and your guests will have exclusive use of the Orchid
Restaurant, Pavillion, white lounge and outdoor terrace
areas.

Members will have access to the Tiger Bar area throughout
the evening.

Spa Days

A variety of Spa Days and Treatments are available for
the bride and groom before the big day or for a Hen Party
with a difference, for further information please contact
us.

Booking Your Wedding

This is guide to help make booking your wedding easier-

Enquire whether le spa
is available for your chosen date, then make a provisional
booking as you leave le spa.

Contact the superintendent registrar from the Gloucestershire
Registrar office, who will give advice on the legal details
for your wedding, and will organise and conduct the ceremony.
Please note that unless you are hiring le spa exclusively,
the earliest we will be able to conduct the ceremony will
be 4pm.

Book the registration staff to conduct the ceremony. Make
an appointment with the Superintendant registrar to complete
the legal documentation of your marrige.

Confirmation and payment

A provisional booking can be held for 14 days to enable
you to co-ordinate other wedding details, which may affect
your chosen date, then:

When you have decided upon a date for your wedding, a
confirmation letter and a non refundable deposit of £500
is required to secure your booking.

Payment terms are as follows:

to the event. The remainder of the balance will
then be required. |

settlement of any extras incurred on the day must
be paid upon departure |

Prices are correct at the time of booking but may be subject
to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of
VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Cancellation Policy

le spa understands
that unforseen circumstances may arise, requiring you
to cancel your wedding with us. Although we understand
this, unfortunatly, we must make a cancellation charge
as we have a very high demand for wedding dates.

Details of our cancellation policy are detailed on our
wedding contract.

We recomend wedding insurance so that any unforssen circumtances
are covered.

Selecting your menu
option

We offer a wide variety of menu options to cater for your
personal requirements, and a variety of dishes for vegetarians
and those with special dietary needs. Whatever your choices-
canapés, dressed buffet, barbecue, or a traditional
three course meal to include coffee, we can accommodate
your requirement. Please choose only one starter, main
course and dessert from the following. Alternatively,
a dressed buffet menu option is available.

Overnight accommodation

You are required to hire all nine individually designed
bedrooms on the night of your wedding. A full rooming
list is required seven days prior to the wedding with
rooms you would like your guests to have and with any
requests. Individuals can settle their rooms prior to
the wedding, or on arrival.

All room rates are inclusive of full use of le spa leisure
facilities, from 2pm on the day and until 4pm on the day
of departure., and a conntiental breakfast.

Our leisure facilites include; 18 meter swimming pool,
sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, two gymnasia and outdoor hot
tubs. We advise that you and your guests to book any beauty
treatments in advance, to avoid dissapointment.

All nine rooms are fully equiped with a double bed, en
suite with a shower or bath, TV, hairdryer and tea and
coffee making facilities, towels, robes and slippers.

Le Spa reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith
and without any liability its part in the event of any
damage or destruction of the premises by fire or any other
cause, any shortages of labour or food supplies, stirkes
or industrial action, or any other cause beyond the control
of Le Spa which shall prevent it from performing its obligations
in connection with any booking.

No food or beverage may be brought into the hotel from
an outside source.
